My mision
I spent the first part of my career running companies: general manager, roles at Philips and Telefónica, seats on several boards. I know what it is to make decisions for others every day, and how often what blocks a company isn't in the numbers but in the people and the patterns they keep repeating. Some of them were mine.
That's what led me to train as a coach (CPCC, Co-Active Training Institute; certified in The Leadership Circle), and later in Gestalt therapy and Ericksonian hypnosis with Daniela Constantin. Each step went a little deeper: from what we do, to how we relate, to what moves us without our noticing.
Today I work with individuals, with those who lead and with teams. I teach leadership and communication in executive programmes and in companies, and I run retreats in Chodes, in Aragon, in a space of my own. Different settings, one purpose: understanding what keeps repeating so it can finally change.
